Shipping policy

1. Overview

At Mindful Design Studio, we offer two types of products — instant digital downloads and Print-on-Demand (POD) physical mugs. Shipping terms differ between these product types. Please read the applicable section carefully before placing your order.


2. Digital Templates — Delivery Policy

Digital products are not physical items and require no shipping.

  • Upon successful payment, your download link will be delivered instantly to your registered email address.
  • You can also access your files directly via your Shopify account order page.
  • Files are available for download immediately, 24/7, including weekends and holidays.

Didn't receive your download? Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still cannot locate your download link, contact us at guanyincitta26@gmail.com and we will resolve it within 24–48 business hours.


Note: No shipping fees are charged for digital products.


3. POD Mugs — Shipping Policy

Our mugs are printed on demand, meaning each order is individually produced by our fulfillment partner after your purchase is placed. We do not hold physical inventory.

3.1 Production Time

Note: Production time is separate from shipping time. Your total delivery time = Production + Shipping.

All timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier backlogs, or peak seasons.

3.3 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before payment is confirmed. Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be applied automatically at checkout where eligible.

3.4 Order Tracking

  • Once your mug has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order via the carrier's website or through your Shopify order page.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, please note:

  • Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in your country.
  • We are unable to predict or control customs fees — please check with your local customs office before ordering.
  • Packages refused or unclaimed due to customs fees or duties will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • It is the customer's full responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
  • Address corrections may be requested within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting us at guanyincitta26@gmail.com.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production, we are unable to modify or redirect the shipment.
  • Remakes or replacements due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer will be at the customer's expense.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery window, please contact us at guanyincitta26@gmail.com.
  • We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and the carrier and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
  • Mindful Design Studio is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Damaged Items in Transit

If your mug arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Take a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging.
  2. Email us at guanyincitta26@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Mindful Design Studio reserves the right to request photographic evidence before processing a replacement.
  4. We will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.

Claims made after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement.


8. Non-Shippable Regions

We currently do not ship to the following:

  • Countries under international trade sanctions or embargoes.
  • We are unable to guarantee delivery to PO Boxes. Please provide a full physical address at checkout. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
